Kellah Farm Newsletter

After an extremely wet year, we are still here, we haven't quite been washed away yet..luckily Kellah is in the hills.

Dry spells have been few and far between...we lambed all the sheep indoors this year, which had its own challenges, but we got there in the end. We are still calving but the cows that have already calved will be heading outdoors for the summer over the next few days...'summer' might be a  bit optimistic!

We've had a busier autumn and winter in the cottages and B&B with an increasing number of Brits taking holidays on home turf. We've had our usual high number of visitors over Spring...many families like to stay on a farm and get in on the lambing time action.

Summer is booking up fast in the B&B and self-catering holiday cottages.

Chapel View cottage has had a log-burner installed and a new wood floor in the living room, as well as re-plastering and decorating.

Now taking bookings for early to avoid disappointment!
