Bed & Breakfast

Our B&B offers five comfortable, en-suite rooms overlooking the Northumbrian countryside.

The whole farm is centrally heated by our biomass boiler which provides an abundance of hot water and keeps the building cosy all year round.

The B&B is a self-contained unit on our farm...guests can relax in the large lounge rooms or outside on the stone flagged patio, while children can enjoy our park area with swings and slides etc and explore the farm.

We do not accept pets in the B&B.

***Please note if you require a taxi to or from Kellah Farm, in the morning or evening, please book in advance as there are only a couple of drivers in operation in our region***

Rooms 

Each room is pine furnished, centrally heated and has an LCD TV, Tea & Coffee making facilities and Hairdryer.

  • "Birdoswald"  is a spacious room overlooking the North Pennine Fells. The room contains a kingsize bed, a single bed, and the option of two roll-away beds.

  • "Housesteads"  is a comfortable room overlooking sheep grazed pastures. The room contains a kingsize bed and a single bed.

  • "Carvoran"  is a comfortable room overlooking sheep grazed pastures, with an original fireplace. The room contains a kingsize bed.

  • "Chesters"  is a comfortable room overlooking sheep grazed pastures. The room contains a double bed.

  • "Hadrian" is a comfortable room overlooking sheep grazed pastures. This room contains a double bed.

Evening Meals

***Ask us which local pubs & restaurants we recommend when you arrive***

 There are a number of pubs in and around our nearest town of Haltwhistle which is 10 minutes drive away, as well as fish & chips, Indian & Chinese takeaways.

For walkers without a car, it is possible to book a packed lunch with us, but it must be pre-arranged and please inform us of any dietary requirements.
